Community Profile

A semi-namespace community for writers/readers/enthusiasts of original fiction on fail_fandomanon. This community is supplementary and not meant to be a replacement space for posting fic or for the Origfic Discussion thread. It is intended for anyone interested in more in-depth discussion/brainstorming/concrit etc. than they'd like to have on general meme.

Welcome:
1. Anything crossposted from FFA.
2. Update announcements for WIPS and other works (feel free to announce, for example, a fill on a 100-words thread.)
3. Requests for concrit, plotting help and brainstorming, and other forms of writing discussion and support. This includes prompt requests and responses if for whatever reason you prefer to have them here than on meme.
4. Discussions of other fandom-adjacent origfic writing, such as exchanges and origfic on AO3.
5. Links to related works and sources (writing communities, personal writing accounts, art, etc.)
6. For dicussion of particular WIPs/verses, please consult individual comments on our introduction post to see what authors are comfortable with.

Not welcome:
1. Unsolicited concrit.
2. Meme wank detrius.
3. Fandom/non-writing related discussion: fine if it happens in a comments thread, but please don't make purposeful posts for it.
4. Write Me a Thing demands. Members are welcome to float ideas or things they'd like to see written, but please don't be bratty.
5. While members may identify themselves by their namespace fan identities, any de-anoning or attempts to de-anon members against their wishes is grounds for instaban.
